HOW TO ORDER
To obtain a price quote and availability for any IKELITE UNDERWATER SYSTEMS product, please email/text or call. Our normal phone order hours are from 10AM to 6PM Monday to Friday Hawaii Standard Time, but you can email/text us 24 hours/7 days.
When you contact us please include an Ikelite product number from their online catalog if possible, or describe the product(s) that you are interested.
We will provide a quote in return via email/text with price and availability. If you would like to proceed with the order we will then send an invoice by email.
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO DELIVERY.
Items that are not in stock or require special ordering will require a minimum 50% Payment Guarantee at time of order. .Balance is due at delivery.
WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL, CASH OR CHECK.
PAYMENT BY CHECK MAY DELAY DELIVERY OF ITEM UNTIL CHECK HAS BEEN VERIFIED.
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED BUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE AN ITEM IS RETURNED.
